David helped plant two churches right after Bible school. He taught physics and math and Kathy was a nurse before going to the Philippines in 1982 to minister in an unreached tribal group. David also served as Field Director before becoming the US Director of their mission. From 1995 until now David's ministry has focused on equipping local churches to raise up, send, and shepherd well-qualified missionaries to reach the remaining UPGs (Unreached People Groups) of the world. David and Kathy have three children (all born in the Philippines) and eleven grandchildren.
